Helpful staff with a surprisingly good selection given the smaller size compared to the big boxes.
I have always been impressed by the assistance received in the Hardware Department; particularly from an associate named Ted who I understand has recently retired. It is sometimes hard to locate items due to the amount of inventory the store carries. I can't help but think that this may pose challenges for the staff (having to constantly restock the shelves, oh my gosh!) affect inventory management and adversely impact profitability. Anyway ... good luck and keep up the good work Hardware Department.
