Great construction company
AVOID AT ALL COST! After months of house shopping we settled on a New Construction Home by Swanson... They kept giving us different dates for the closing because the home wasn’t finished. We had our walk through inspection and several things were not ready by the closing date. They promised to have everything done the week after. It took them WEEKS to get it corrected and only because I kept insisting... 4 months later my stone is not fixed and They keep giving me false information on when it’s going to be done.
