Tate is incredible. This is our second selling experience with him, and just like the first, he made this daunting process a wonderful experience. Our home was sold again within the first few days on the market. He did everything in his power to get us to the signing table as soon as possible, even in the midst of hurricane season. We always feel like family around Tate and that speaks volumes of who he is as a person. I wouldn’t use any other realtor and highly recommend his services.

If you are searching for a new home, Tate is the person to reach out to. Just by pure luck Tate was selected to assist my husband and me in a “company move” and relocation to FL awhile back. Tate grew up in the Gainesville area and has a rich knowledge of the surrounding areas. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was familiar with the builder so we purchased a great quality home. I highly recommend Tate Mikell.

Ryan is a really great Realtor and was a God send for me. I have had fair to bad experiences in the past with others. I told him from the start I wanted someone that was looking out for me, as the seller, and be supportive. Ryan was and took care of everything and anything that needed to be done to or with the house. He found people who provided quality work/services but also at a good price.
