Dr. Swanson is rude and creepy! Would not recommend. I feel like he botched me - my breasts will never be the same!!!
Horrible customer service! I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson’s for over 20 years, and not until Lauren Arnold joined his practice did I ever have any bad experience there. As long as she is his surgery scheduler you’re better off finding another surgeon. She is unprofessional and would rather lie than admit she made a mistake, which in my case, literally cost me several thousands of dollars. There are many great surgeons in KC with better customer service I’m sure.
