Very non aggressive sales approach which was greatly appreciated. Actually gave me a better deal than expected without any haggling.
This was not a vehicle I really wanted so I dropped out of the process. The dealer was most attentive to my inquiry but it wasn't a vehicle I was interested in. It didn't have the options I was looking for.
They just didn't say much. One sentence that said... We are not dropping the price any lower. How about a hello! Ha

I called tues and seth was very nice and helpful.Then called the next day and got matt.and told him wanted to do a deal that day for the impala.I Told him I was in ct and wanted to get a estimated trade in on my car.I texed him the vin number and video's.He never got back to me so I wound up getting a vehicle in Elmira ny that day.Got the blue book trade in value I wanted.I still till this day never got a response one way or another from matt.
Great deal. awesome people. every car purchase should be like that.
