There are some very good and reputable property management companies in the valley, Swans Prooerty Management is NOT one of them. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company at all costs, whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. They grossly overcharge tenants in any capacity they can. They have an in house inspector who visits the tenants home every six months, picking the house apart. They will charge exorbitant fees for repairs deemed to be the tenants fault. I spent $150 in application fees and they do not respond they sill denied me after they got all the information they asked for they just waste your time and your money they are running SCAMS. They raise the price of the houses then drop them so they can get more people to apply. They told me that the owner denied my application without giving a reason never even met the owner I just talked to the application processer named Caryoln. Awesome people
I was extremely disappointed and lied too. I was specifically told that I was the first person in line for a rental property as long as I paid the application fees. After doing so I was strung along waiting to hear back from them. After several calls and texts I was informed that several applications had been submitted and they had no control over any of it.
