I had some unsightly wrinkles in my carpet and Swan’s technician made short work of fixing the problem. He was very courteous, efficient, had all the correct tools and did an outstanding job. The fit and finish was like new. I’ve used Swan’s for carpet cleaning and have had the same experience. Always great service, friendly people and stellar results.
Jake came out and did a GREAT job on a stubborn stain and went the extra mile with his courtesy and professionalism! He was also on time and quick to get it done! Hopefully, we’ll get him again the next time we need our carpet cleaned and will call Swan’s to have it done!
