Outstanding service from Swan’s Clean Care & Restoration. The carpet at our Ferndale rental property had serious damage — smoke, animal urine and feces throughout — and Jennifer and the team handled it all completely and professionally. The results were impressive. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and great communication. Highly recommend for any tough cleaning or restoration job.

While the technician (i.e. carpet cleaner) did a very good job, I was still surprised to be prompted to pay a 15-25% tip for the work done. As I said, this has nothing to do with the actual work that he did (it was very good) but the fact that Swan's Carpet Cleaning put us in the awkward situation to decide whether we would want to add a sizeable tip for the for a basic job that the technician was hired to do. Employees should be paid well by their employer and there should not be an expectation for customers to have to tip ... read more

This was our first time using Swan’s and we will definitely re-book in the future. Jake was very educated and didn’t make us feel bad about the state of our carpets. Reception, Jennifer, was also very helpful while booking and made it a quick and painless process. Thank you!!!

Had our living room and master bedroom cleaned on Monday and also had the master bedroom carpet stretched. The technicians were fantastic. The carpets look brand new. The bonus was the attitude of the technicians. They were fantastic. They were very careful around our home and very respectful of our things. Our carpet is quite old and we have decided to have this cleaning done annually as the place looks as good as when we moved in 20 years ago. Thanks for everything, Jake.
