We can't say enough good about this business! We were traveling to North Carolina when we had a serious issue with our back brakes. Love's truck stop recommended we go to Swan's. It was 4:10 on a Friday afternoon. They invited us to come into the air-conditioned waiting room along with our big dog, while John looked to see what the problem was. This is an AWESOME tire shop! Today, my husband had a tire blowout on 77 and Swann’s recommended a tow company and then got my husband’s car fixed within an hour. They are super knowledgeable, have great products, and amazing customer service! Thank you!!
Truly exceptional service experience. I had a tire blow out on I-77. Jilanna was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I only wish I lived a little closer so that I could make them my regular tire shop!
