Kim Whyte was awesome to work with. She made us feel like family. Every time we go in there now, we seek her out. She is very personable and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to working with her on furnishing our new construction home. We cannot thank you enough Kim! We love shopping local and Swann’s is our first choice always.
I called and ask to speak to someone about couches. They gave me to Becky Jo and we became fast friends. She sent me all kinds of pictures and Answered every question that I had and then some. I came in today and she was extremely Helpful and knowledgeable and responded to my text as if I was her Only customer. She is a jewel and yes we ordered two Couches . Ty Swann’s and Becky Jo
Very helpful and so nice to work with. They are awesome! I recommend them highly.
Took a week for delivery then there was an issue with one of the recliners. Contacted them same day. Took multiple calls and weeks to get any response even though we spent almost $4K. Still waiting for replacement chairs. The worst customer service ever.
Kevin did a great job making our vision a reality. Was in and out in under two hours. Great experience!
