From the initial consult → appointment → post-appointment, my experience at Swank / With Michelle was 💫stellar✨. I was impressed by the Chique / clean appearance of the salon. Best keratin smoothing treatment around!! Don’t let the smaller store front fool you- Michelle does an excellent job and really cares about the integrity of your hair. She was even able to get me in last minute!
Michelle is so friendly, it made the experience really comfortable and safe during these Covid19 times. I liked that she was really honest on providing recommendations for after Brazilian treatment care. The work was awesome! Literally I had really really straight hair for about a month, no need to blow dry. Starting the second month, I still had frizz-free hair, and I needed to blow dry to get the really straight hair.
