I hesitated to leave this review but considering that extensions are such an investment I felt an obligation. I was not happy with my results and when I expressed my concerns she was not able to see the short comings. To fix a problem you need to be able to see the problem. So I just went elsewhere to achieve better results. I'm glad I did
She did a wonderful job on my hair and was a lovely conversationalist! I am so happy with the results and it was blended so well! 10/10 would recommend, if you’re thinking about booking and on the fence, go for it! You’ll feel like a million bucks walking out of the salon!
Michelle is AMAZING!! Stop looking and go to her. I had never gotten extensions before, and a friend recommended Michelle. She’s a total pro!! I LOVE LOVE my extensions, they make me feel so beautiful, confident, and sexy (and she matched the color perfectly!) - I’m totally hooked now, haha. From the initial consult → appointment → post-appointment, my experience at Swank / With Michelle was 💫stellar✨. I was impressed by the Chique / clean appearance of the salon. The salon is polished and the interior is high toned and totally swank ;))) . Michelle was skilled and knowledgeable about the entire industry and its structure.
