Booked my window cleaning on 8th December for 3 months in advance - 9th March, as this was their earliest availability. I messaged them a couple days ahead as hadnt heard from them and wanted to confirm the booking. They then messaged me to change the time of the booking. The new proposed time didn't suit me, as it's an Airbnb and I need to work around guests/I booked 3 months in advance?? They then cancelled on me and said next availability May. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time.
It was an amazing experience. They did an amazing and thorough job. They cleaned all of my nooks and cranny's of my windows and completely ran through the process and did it so quick. The workers were so nice and helpful and filled my every desire. i would recommend 5 stars out of 5 stars.
