The apartments up keep is horrible, roaches, rats and mildew has taken over these units. Management has no experience in over seeing the property and because it's low income, it's ran poorly. Oh they have snakes on property too. Breezeways and interior of the property has not been painted in about 10 years or more, pot holes on property 🤔. Water leaking from units and light bill is horrible. But they do provide utility checks. This place needs an entire face-lift and major repairs.
Bad kids (shot my 4 year old friend with gel blaster, made dent in my neighbor's door, got police called on them daily) bad maintenance (takes a month for them to notice you and constant shootings
