You won't find better advice or insights as a landowner than Swan Land. We've had our fair share of letdowns with other land brokerages and, honestly, I used to be pretty skeptical about the value of working with a land broker. But Swan Land changed my mind. Whether you end up selling or not, it's worth giving them a call to find out your options. Next time we buy, Scott is going to be our first call.

Swan Land Company provides Low Ball offers that involved ZERO investigation. Swan Land appears to take a fraction of tax assessed value as their offer.
