RecommendedWe've been here for 5 yrs and absolutely love it! The houses are kept up and so is the park. Nice big lots and many, many amenities here. Management is really nice and professional and easy to work with. We've met so many friendly people and developed a lot of good relationships with them. It truly is "Paradise"!
Swan Lake is a beautiful, quiet, friendly community. There are so many activities & events to participate in. The lake & pool are great!
Quiet place. The people managment is great. Very clean house clubhouse and a beautiful pool.
We’ve visited friends there several tomes.. we have just bought a place of our own and hope to be living in it full time very soon
office staff here and Pascara Lake are VERY RUDE. I dont recommend them to anyone. Thinking of consulting an attorney after her sexist remarks.
