The experience trying to book with this company was absolutely horrible. They do not contact you within a timely manner and when you do what is asked of you there is no response. It has took me a week to get a hold of someone and that was only because I asked for my refund of my $50 deposit. Which I still will not receive. Jokes apond jokes.. The place is also horribly small with absolutely no parking please try to find another venue and save yourself some headache
Our day couldn’t have been more perfect!! Swan Lake was beautiful and so were all of the amenities. But beyond that, the people were incredible. So communicative from day one of touring till the end of the evening of the big day. Shea was our coordinator and she was a rockstar. She kept it flowing like a well oiled machine. We got to use the outside Pavilion which is new (and covered). This meant so much to us because we really wanted to get married outside. Swan Lake Event Center is a beautiful place to have an event. Lots of pretty places outside for photos and well appointed spaces inside. Kim , our venue coordinator, was wonderful. She listened to what we were planning to do and came up with the perfect floor plan to best accommodate our guests and activities. We appreciated her kindness and attention to details throughout the process. I highly recommend Swan Lake Event Center.
