I’m in the process of relocating from the Midwest to Florida and saw these apartments online. The property looks nice and the apartments look like my style. However, the turn off are the additional mandatory fees, such as $15 for parcel lockers and another $30 for valet trash. I just think these services should be optional and not mandatory. Extremely happy that my AC unit was replaced.So far so good !!
There was a whole in the ceiling above the shower, maintenance fixed it by filling with a bunch of caulk. I've lived in the unit for 6 months now but still haven't been given access to the fitness center. The floor was covered in scratches when I moved on. EDIT: Since it began to rain our apartment has had roaches. They crawl through the gaps underneath the baseboards.
