The workers are extremely nice and caring, but on a second note, I was expecting them to come back to finish the job today that they had started last week so therefore I had took off a day of work which I lost wages and now I’m having to take off again tomorrow for them to come They never reached out to me to let me know they were not coming today and they know they were supposed to run the drain underneath the deck all the way to the back alley and they didn’t. Fantastic service. Dawson came in and found out the source of the leak and worked in a methodical way. His helper was also very good. They resolved the problem and were very courteous and helpful. I ended up signing a yearly contract with them.

We always call Swan Electric, Plumbing, and Heating for any service we need, because they always get the job done right. We just recently called Swan for an installation of our Security System. They sent licensed technicians David Campbell and Joe Martinez, and WOW, they did not disappoint. David and Joe arrived on time, and were both very personable from the time of arrival to the time of departure. They did so much work so quickly, it was incredible watching their level of efficiency. Michael was very informative, personable,and knowledgeable. Absolutely the BEST group we have used for plumbing services!! We had a gas leak and Michael and his crew came out the same day. After he and his team evaluated the leak, sat down with us and explained ALL options needed to “fix” and the process and cost all up front!!! Today I had a technician arrive less than 24 hours after my call. Robert Osteen was prompt, personable, and professional. He explained very clearly what was wrong and exactly how he was going to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and effective his work was. It is a true pleasure to deal with someone you have confidence in and who is so focused on customer satisfaction. What an asset this young man is! Thanks again, Robert, and Swan!
