I had a terrible experience with Swan Electric and Plumbing. The technician came out to do a pressure test because Atmos shut off our gas. The pressure test was fine and the technician collected the payment for the permit for the city to do the inspection. However, Swan never submitted the permit. I called the next day and they finally submitted it, but the inspection was delayed. The technician was supposed to come out the next day to remove the pressure gauges from the gas line, but he never showed up. Atmos came to turn ... read more
