Michael, Carlos and teams were absolutely fantastic!! We have used Swan over the years for our plumping needs, Michael Terry Has really got to know our house pretty well. This time we had a main sewer line collapse and working with Michael Terry We agreed upon a full home, sewer, waste, water pipe replacement to get our house, brand, new plumbing, and up to code. I had a great experience with Matt from Swan Electric tuning up my HVAC system. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit. Unlike a previous technician who came out to inspect my unit, Matt took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and explain what he was seeing. What really stood out was that he provided pictures along with his recommendations, clearly explaining the reasons behind them. Technicians arrived on time. Friendly and professional! I had 3 ceiling fans installed. They respected my home and cleaned up behind themselves. Thank you! Would definitely recommend these guys!

Kevin and Colin came out on time respectfully and professionally with their shoe covers on and went right to work. They allowed me to explain what was going on with my water heater and detected the problem immediately. They both were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what was needed and what they could do. The job was done fairly quick as it wasn’t a major problem. We had an issue with our sewer backing up and I had hear about Swan Plumbing from a neighbor and they were very happy with the service they had gotten from them. Since it was Sunday, I contacted Swan and thank goodness they do have an emergency service that was able to come out and in a very timely manner. Kevin Gonzales is the service tech that came.
