Took my money on 7/1/2022. Was told by a representative on 7/21/2022 that they are declaring bankruptcy and would not be honoring and orders after from 7/01/2022 or after. No refunds either.

They may know diesels, but customer service correspondence is horrible. It starts from the owner and rolls down hill.

I cannot in all good conscience recommend any Swamp's Motorsports products under any circumstances of any kind whatsoever. Here's my story. My completely factory stock 2001 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel pickup truck needed new fuel injectors. I made a poor choice and chose a fuel injector kit from Swamp's Motorsports. Beware Of Swamp if you have any issue or want a refund. My brother purchased a camshaft and decided to return it as it was only a stock grind advertised as stage two. They agreed to refund the purchase and even provided a label for ups. For almost a year now they say we will refund the sale but never once have sent a check or issued a credit to the credit card. I will never recommend this company to anyone their customer service is completely unacceptable no one will return your phone calls and no one will give you answers I ordered a product for $1,200 2 weeks ago the day I ordered it I was told it would ship that day every two days from that point I've called and no one knows where my product is and they keep saying the next day it's going to ship I finally cancelled my order the gentleman I spoke to said he wasn't able to cancel my order until the owner knew. and no one will cal... read more

I love this shop and every product they produce my business with them has always been outstanding top of the line work done in everything Ive ever bought I personally drove down there (5 1/2 hours) and they met me there on a sat just for me personally to pick up a transmission I had purchased that they built for me not only did they meet me there they gave me a full blown tour of the entire shop and they’re machines and equipment hooked me up with decals and stickers and after a hour of all that sent me off with a solid hand... read more
