My husband and I have been using Swamp Rabbit Storage of the Upstate for storing our property for years. We are quite pleased with the cleanliness of the premises, our property being secured, and most of all the wonderful customer service we've received over the years. I highly recommend Swamp Rabbit Storage of the Upstate for your storage needs.
I am not much for leaving reviews but the lady at the front desk was sassy coming in when we first arrived and stayed true to form as we just exited. The facilities clean but the people skills lacking. I had no issue with the policy but felt an aggressive defense posture. I will not use this place again and when others ask where to store I will not recommend to my clients. Luckily as a realtor there are other options in the area.
I store my motorcycle and some other things I needed out of the way with swamp rabbit. I have to say I couldn't be happier with my experiences with the staff and my unit. I love having automatic payments for rent. The buildings are kept clean and tidy. I never have to worry about my belongings being accessible when I need them and secure when I don't. 5/5 will rent again
