Unprofessional, unreliable property managers. They did not take care of my property.😞 They allowed the tenant to violate the lease on multiple levels, they didn't fufill their contract. They didn't do any regular property inspections. They didn't ahold to the lease. Resulting in a total of over $12,000 of damages to my property; as a result of their complainty. Do not hire for the sake of 2% of the rent. You can find better.
During move-out inspection everything looked good, upon receiving the Security deposit back for the rental there was 620 dollars deducted for hardwood replacement and cleaning. The flooring in the condo was laminate.

Always quick to get back to you about issues and they send quality repair guys the same day.
Awful .. they seem good at the begining but do the best to take advantage of any situation. Very bad experience with them..
