Staff are efficient and courteous. Dr. Swain is knowledgeable with a kind bedside manner. Can’t ask for more. A 10 out of 10!!
First I tried to get an appointment in Pensacola. It was four months out. Dr Swain’s ladies scheduled me an appointment in seven days. He was on time (within 15 minutes). Checked me out sent for a hearing test and all was done quickly. He then scheduled me for another test a eeek later and all went well. Great job of the receptionist, nurses and Dr. Swain’s.
