Road tripping and pulling a trailer we began to have problems....got the message "Reduce power". We stopped at a service station in Pasco, thought we were good to go. 10 miles later, same problem. It's the night before a holiday, most people are leaving early. We called a couple of places, finally got hold of Doug at Swain. He said to come on in, they'd take care of us. And, they did. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and they didn't even charge us. It was a great experience and we are back on the road!
