RecommendedMy fiancé and I are new in town and needed a car with good mpg. After going to a few different dealerships with no luck, we tried Swain. We found exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was super friendly. We even got to bring our dog inside while we waited. We're so happy with the car we got. A couple days after the sale, we went to the animal shelter and discovered that Swain had paid for the adoption fees of 16 dogs!

I am so happy with the service and help that I got from Swain Motors!! Shawn and Rick were the best! I’m from the Tri-Cities and when the car that I wanted wasn’t quite available, they gave me a beautiful 2017 Suburban to drive around with my 6 kids for free! Absolutely love the staff! Always welcoming and tries very hard for satisfaction from customers! Not only are my fiance and I impressed our daughter treated very well even when she got loud and tired! They worked very hard and are willinh to take piece of crap off our hands! Bought my Chevy from them as well and loved the customer service from Mike! We are now working with angle! Made the mistake of going somewhere else once but they have been willing to help fix that mistake!!!! So satisfied
