I was trying to find insurance rates for a young driver; and I found a company that took the time to find me the best rates. Swaggerty insurance had a cool sign on the door. They brought me in and got me a drink. Then they made me feel comfortable by explaining how insurance worked and finding me the best price. I feel like they will be there when I need them.
You walk in expect your stereotypical insurance agent to sell you a policy you don't understand for way too much and no coverage. Instead you get a family who will spend as much as time as needed to help you fully understand what your buying at a reasonable rate. These people take care of you and your family when something goes wrong call the swag's to help you out.
Today I called Jackie to ask a question about terminating coverage through healthcare.gov. She had never helped me before, but was willing to answer my questions and was patient throughout. She saved me an annoying call to the 1-800 line and made my day much better.
I've been dealing with them for year's. They aren't just a business but real family. I love the whole family to life and back❤❤❤❤
