What a grotesque display of customer service ,and loyalty, swagelok has. We have a $300k machine with 99% swagelok. Inside a $2m facility. Our overhead is very high, because of that, we have to clear about $5k day to stay open. We had a pump fail, luckily we had a replacement. It did need some different fittings and wiring to slip in though. I was able to have hoses and 3 of 4 fittings completed. I just need a very simple .5” npt to .5” compression or tube side fitting. poor comunicateion, can't place an order with this company for weeks, no one answers phones, I have to leave memos with shipping to get sales to return calls, can't belive this is a multi billion dollar U.S company. they seem to not need dollars
