Called for appointment and waited 3 weeks. Was diagnosed with cataract as I suspected. Made appointment for consultation with surgeon for 12 weeks later. Three weeks to see optometrist another twelve weeks for pre-surgery visit and then how much longer before cataract surgery scheduled? Not what I was hoping for.
Kind, knowledgeable and easy for me to understand.
Friendly, efficient staff. Office run smoothly. My appt was on time. The waiting area clean and comfortable. Dr Ramsey polite, efficient, explained the pros and cons of surgery. Surgery scheduler very nice, helpful and informative. Will let a second review after my surgery.
