Worst customer service ever! Very rude staff/owner or whoever the person was that responded to text. They would respond rudely when asked a question- would not recommend it to anyone.
Fresh flowers fast shipping
They cancel the order on the day of delivery, I had planned my housewarming Pooja based on their availability of products they randomly send a cancellation email and when requested to send at-least fulfill whatever was available, The owner was very rude and just wasn’t accommodative at all. Though the products are very pricey and not so fresh items were delivered earlier I still went ahead and placed a huge order thinking they do a decent job this time. But guess it’s a very big disappointment every time .
