Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Swaddle. I purchased a “going home” outfit set the day before I was to be induced. I ended up having an urgent but not emergent c section and was in the hospital for a week with my baby before being released. He was born too long for the outfit and his feet much too big, but the outfit was never worn and the swaddle never even taken out of the box. This store is the best! The staff are so friendly and checked on us multiple times. Their selection of clothing and toys are second to none around town.
This is a such a lovely baby and toddler store! I love the brands carried and that you don’t find them at many (if any) other local places locally. The store has great gifts and and non-apparel items too. MacKenzie, the owner, and her team are courteous and helpful. MacK is passionate about every item in the store and you can tell everything is chosen thoughtfully. Our community is lucky to have Swaddle!
