Amazing store and such friendly service, 10 out of 10 experience!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Swaddle. I purchased a “going home” outfit set the day before I was to be induced. I ended up having an urgent but not emergent c section and was in the hospital for a week with my baby before being released. He was born too long for the outfit and his feet much too big, but the outfit was never worn and the swaddle never even taken out of the box.
