I am an electrical contractor who was replacing a service on a clients house. Sw mistakenly removed an old mast that we were going to reuse on the garage when they re did the shingles. They took full accountability and agreed to pay to get the portion or the electrical mast on the garage repaired. Chris was an incredible guide throughout the entire process from A to Z and everything in between. I could not ask for a smoother and more reliable process; the expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge were on clear display from the beginning. The shingles crew were incredibly quick and proficient but more than that they were considerate and regularly went above and beyond. I am very impressed by all aspects of the project, I would hire SW Roofing again in a heartbeat!
SW Roofing had a contract to replace the shingles, siding and eves after the Aug 5, 2024 hail storm in Calgary. Everything was going great and the work was looking good. Then we had a leak by our skylight - OK the old shingles had been removed but the new shingles had not been installed. After the shingles were installed, we had 3 more leaks around the skylight from 3 following rain storms. It’s been a pleasure working with Chris and Kassi on our calgary home. I wish I just found them sooner. They helped also coordinate new placement for vents with an solar company I was working with. I had also paid a third party inspect their crews work and everything turned out very smooth and high quality. We replaced house/ garage roof with high quality malarkey shingles, and changed 1 1/2 sides of the house vinyl and soft metals. They are organized and that’s what you need from a company.
