Customer service was really good I got something basic I love them ,off the other reviews you just have to be really specific on what you want . I would recommend this place !!
The customer service here is horrible.
Rude. Racist, turned me away as soon as I walked in saying the wait was over an hour but no one was waiting.
So I walked into this store yesterday after hearing they had the best prices. I wanted to see what they would charge me for a fill. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, in the line of sight of somebody working on her customer's nails. She never once looked up or acknowledged my presence. After about 5 minutes a man walked out from the back of the store, sat down, again in my line of sight, and did not acknowledge me.
