I have reached out to the office dozens of times, leaving at least a dozen voicemails in regards to a hostile neighbor. I never received a response of any kind and then this neighbor escalated to property damage. When I reached out to the police they stated this is on private property and is the responsibility of the property management. When I reached out to the property manager they stated my lease doesn't cover this sort of issue.
