I recently purchased a brand new set of tires and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sales Manager Frank provided outstanding customer service—he was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I got exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Highly recommend working with Frank if you're in the market for tires!
Terrible service. Took them 4 months to rebuild transmission in my Mitsubishi, in the process they bent some of the coolant metal pipes on the transmission. Afterwards these had to be replaced at the dealership because oval metal pipes will always cause leaks where they mate with the round flexible hoses. SVT made the car look 5 years older by scratching up on ALL sides in their shop. Then 14 months after the rebuild and 14k miles I have transmission overheating warnings and SVT won't even bother respecting their own warrant... read more
The best place I can ever take my car
Jose at SVT has been our family mechanic for years. My husband and I have had our BMW X5, Chevy Silverado (he rebuilt the engine) and our Polaris RZR serviced by Jose. My parents are also customers of his (Ford Edge, Ford F-250) and we all drive to him from Orange County! Jose works fast, is honest and stands by his work.
