I've been going to SVS vision for years! Up until today I have never had an issue. So I called the Plymouth location today for my old eye glasses prescription. Was yelled at and spoken to so rudely. Then hung up on. When I went to try and call back, no answer. I will go to SVS again but the one in northville from now on. Tonya at the Plymouth location, WOW we! If you can avoid that location I would strongly recommend.
Great service! They are super friendly and knowledgeable! Great selection of kids’ glasses.
I drive over an hour to see Dr. Patel here! All the staff are excellent and professional; I am impressed every time.
I spent well over $1000 (3 pair) with them and they broke a pair one of my frames installing lenses. Of course they cover their butt by making you sign a waiver, but when I went in to get my refund on the lenses and explained why I was there not only did I not get an apology or an explanation but rather they were pretty much laughing in my face over workplace antics. They do not honor their store hours. It's Saturday at 2pm well before 3pm closing time and the store was closed with no sign on the door stating different hours. Online even says still open. Wasted time and effort to get there. This is the Plymouth Michigan location on ann arbor road. I just went back today Monday afternoon at 125pm and to my surprise they were closed again. What a disappointment. They had a sign on the door that from 1 to 2pm they will be closed for no apparent reason. This is poor business practice. What t... read more
