I spent well over $1000 (3 pair) with them and they broke a pair one of my frames installing lenses. Of course they cover their butt by making you sign a waiver, but when I went in to get my refund on the lenses and explained why I was there not only did I not get an apology or an explanation but rather they were pretty much laughing in my face over workplace antics. They do not honor their store hours. It's Saturday at 2pm well before 3pm closing time and the store was closed with no sign on the door stating different hours. Online even says still open. Wasted time and effort to get there. This is the Plymouth Michigan location on ann arbor road. I just went back today Monday afternoon at 125pm and to my surprise they were closed again.
