Staff was friendly, only giving a 3 because there’s no changing station for children in the bathroom.
For YEARS, the staff here has continued to be great to work with—friendly and polite, knowledgeable, thorough. I made the mistake of going to the Davison office when I needed an appt. ASAP. Will NEVER do that again after being pampered by these guys :D
Lovely staff, never once have I had a complaint with these people. They are understanding, kind, and very helpful.
After waiting an hour to purchase frames, the employee working with my wife got up and without explanation got up and started helping a walk in customer repair their glasses for 15 minutes while we waited. Very rude of the employee, very rude of the walk in customer.
