I called to make an appointment. The woman said that they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. Then I made an appointment and she wanted my insurance information. She would only take my primary. Even though she said they accept both of my insurance companies, she said that they will only bill one and the 20% that my secondary insurance would cover would have to come out of my own pocket!! NEVER go to this place! They only want as much cash as they can get! She probably bills the secondary companies, then pockets... read more

Staff was friendly, only giving a 3 because there’s no changing station for children in the bathroom.
For YEARS, the staff here has continued to be great to work with—friendly and polite, knowledgeable, thorough. I made the mistake of going to the Davison office when I needed an appt. ASAP. Will NEVER do that again after being pampered by these guys :D
