Very slow and unprofessional
Fast friendly service and good return time. Needs a better selection so they can better do what they do. This branch rocks 💪🏾
Wonderful service The staff, management, and doctors are so kind and professional. My glasses were delivered almost a week ahead of schedule.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came 15 minutes before appt time (as instructed) and was there for a whole hour after my appt time and still didn’t call my name. Yet I saw 3 people come in after me and leave before me. They need to be better structured because they are not playing fair when it gets busy.
I always get a great pair of glasses here, I just wish they had more petite frames available in more styles.
