The worst. They deserve a ZERO rating. I've been renting from them.for 1.5 years, and the building signage says that my suite doesn't even exist!!! Don't rent anything from them. You will be double charged for rent too. Their accounting department SUCKS!!!
We operate a business in a building managed by SVN Vanguard. They have been completely derelict in the execution of required repairs, completely obsequious and duplicitous in their interactions with us, and predatory and aggressive in their transparent efforts to evict us before the end of our lease so that they can sell the building. As a minority-owned business, we suspect that prejudice and discrimination plays an integral part in their dynamics toward us.
