10North has a great location and exceptional apartment management. The new managers really are making solid changes to keep the property well maintained. Excellent ac and a quiet apartment make for a happy home, this place has both. The walk ability cannot be beat- very close to two grocery stores and Walgreens.
Caleb Blocker was the best representative I have met with for looking at a place to call home. He helped me to fill everything out correctly to ensure I could lease the apartment. He worked fast, and for having a hard time with finding homes in the past, Caleb made my life so much easier. I’m so happy to move in, and I love the apartment I chose!
