I highly suggest that no one moves into the Fleetwood Building. Roaches, terrible maintenance, several tenants that have been there for years think they run the place and our horrible neighbors, and the worst property manager I've ever had. I moved out after 1 yr. Overpriced, dog pee and poo on the hallway and elevator floors, security gate that never works but you pay $90 to park in secure lot, and if you complain about anything they will charge you extra fees when you move out. I work in the commercial fire protection industry and have worked with many SVN managers on many properties. They take keeping the property up to code and keeping the tenants safe very seriously. I highly recommend SVN to manage any commercial property. I have worked with Lesa and Darlene the most, their professionalism and knowledge of their properties is unmatched.
