We, all of the agents & staff, have years of experience & knowledge in the Commercial & Land brokerage.
I have little experience with this firm. The fact is I will never use them since thry have been working for the Chinese Government through a company called JOINN. This company wants to setup a Primate Quarantine Facility in Levy County Florida and have been denied a permit because of incompatible land use. Saunders Ralston & Dantzler is still trying to help find other properties for this Primate Facility to hold monkeys to be sold for experimental purposes. SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler new building is amazing. Originally designed by Winter Haven architect Gene Leedy, the redevelopment was respectful of his work and added an atrium with a Frank Lloyd Wright influence. Plus the building is energy efficient.
