good selection of rentals in Durham I haven't rented with this company so I can only use my experience as someone looking at some of their properties. There was a nice townhouse we were interested in, but decided on something different. We also saw another place that was so-so. It seems like they don't have the properties ready for tenants to move in while they are showing it to you. This makes it hard to know if you want to rent it or not. PineCrest Aparts Pinecrest Apartments-windows do not open..no screens.Cockroadces,beetles,spiders,spuds because the windows are not caulked properly and the front doors have 1/2 inches where the outside bugs enter the apartments. The foyer front doors are open year round and the bugs just enter the building and into each apartment.
No Professionalism/ Presentaion I have never rented a home in which this property management represents,however; we did try to utilize them while house hunting. I called them and explained that we were relocating from another city within the state,gave our price range ,#bed/bth. Expected for them to show us what they had when we arrived as they said, instead we were given a list that fits our needs to fend for ourselves.(?) This company was very desperate when they hired their office manager (Madeline), She is the most unprofessional, dishonest,non knowledgeable and unorganized persona I've ever done business with. She has violated my privacy by discussing my account in front of other renters and guest. There is no need to report her to boss because he (john) does absolutely nothing. Great Selection of Properties I searched for properties for a while and this company always had a great number of properties available. I am a tenant there now and have not had any problems so far! Love my house!!!!
Unbelieveable1 I did not like this reality's customer service. On several occasions I have came in to get keys to view property. The first time I just assumed someone was having a bad day. When I returned I begin to see things different. The two women behind the counter had bad attitudes they didn't even try to hide.They didn't want to answer my questions and were very short. I viewed at least four properties on three different days. They couldn't answer common questions, such as "How soon will this unit be available?". They... read more
