The Staff was very nice. Dr Liu is funny, kind, but was in a rush for his next appointment(s). I am almost 1 year post (celfina) aka aveli treatment for cellulite and my butt looks worse on my left side! It feels deformed (I have lumps that I never had) and it looks awful. I had a nice butt (even with cellulite) and it's embarrassing what I look like now. It's saddens me! He rushed one side (again, for his next appt). I had top surgery with Dr. Tom Liu and was very happy with the experience ! I felt he was very attentive to what I wanted my results to be like, and he and his staff were accommodating. The office was always clean and quiet, creating a comfortable space to be in. They were also quick to respond to any phone call, email, or message through their portal system. Overall, a friendly and inclusive environment that does really great work.
Dr Liu and his team are amazing! I’ve had several procedures here and the experience has been absolutely amazing and life changing. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the staff at the surgery center to the anesthesiologist, to the nurses are professional, kind, and attentive. Dr Liu is absolutely outstanding. Him and his team are very professional. Made me feel safe and comfortable every visit. Everyone is very nice. Super positive and up beat experience. Not scary like how you think surgery would be. Dr Liu has changed my life and I am so happy I made the decision to go with him. He will do the best job! Takes his time doesn’t rush. Highly recommend.
