I've had such a great experience with SVIA. Dr. Liu, all the staff, Alice, Sara, and everyone have been very nice, caring, and made me feel very comfortable through several injections and procedures. They are very professional and thorough. Their first concern was my comfort and answering any questions. I highly recommend them.
I'm truly disappointed to be writing this. I've been a loyal client of SVIA for years, but unfortunately, today marked my last visit. On three separate occasions, their support staff checked me in and then left me waiting without follow-up—and it happened again today. Despite now living out of state, I made a special effort to book an appointment while I was in town.
