Me and my wife purchased a 2018 chevy malibu. Called in reported an knocking issue in the back. Couldn't get the vehicle back there within 7 day. When my wife took the vehicle back up there they drove it around and could not produce the noise, which it should have been put on the lift to inspect. We ended up taking it to another shop to get it checked. Diagnosis is bad rear knuckles whick is $600. We initially had a communication issue, but they worked with me through it. They assisted heavily with finding me a vehicle. Zoe was AMAZING with facilitating and communicating. Aiden (not sure if that's how he spells it) did fantastic with assisting and showed a good amount of patience and kindness. I was visiting my family in Eaton Ohio from Washington DC area when I found I had something hanging from the bottom of my Pacifica van. I happen to see SVG, stopped and asked Mike who greeted me as I entered the service dept., if he would please take a look under my car as I couldn't. He saw that a covering was hanging down and needed re-attached. He asked for my keys and said he would have his crew take care of it.
