Doctor Zats is a great doctor, she listened carefully and gave me the time to talk and explain my pain, she has a great knowledge of. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Zats and her staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The Palos office is a BEAUTIFUL and clean facility. Intake/reception staff were empathetic and helpful. The office seems fast paced so don't be late. Excellent service but staff seemed rushed and in a hurry. There were a lot of people waiting to be seen but they weren't waiting long for service. There is plenty of free parking available, automatic doors, and no stairs to hinder a person with ambulatory issues.
