Svetlana was very interested in finding what I was looking for. She was also quick to respond to any questions I had. I was unsure on whether I wanted a single or multi family home and she was open to showing both within my budget. I would recommend her to anyone looking for either a single family or multi-family home.

She was very patient with us considering the lack of property to look at in our price range. 99% of the time got us an appointment the same day or next day to look at a house. She answered all of our questions and helped us understand the process of home buying in Wisconsin since we are from out of state. She is very friendly and helpful.

Svetlana really went to bat for me when I decided to rescind an offer on a home I had second thoughts on. I was also buying from out of state and not always able to come into town to look. Svetlana was a saint as I'm sure I drove her crazy. I would recommend Svetlana for your home purchase.

Svetlana was meticulous with her details regarding the home buying process. My husband and I were researching moving to a new area and Svetlana was able to give us information about the local schools, popular hang-outs and other information not shown on a typical MLS listing. She was great at the negotiation of our home and coached us well with realistic expectations of how to counter etc... Svetlana Foley is a professional from start to finish. She is a confident negotiator. What I appreciated most about her was her ability to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Sometimes in the home buying process you can get bogged down in the many details, but larger questions and concerns may remain unanswered. Ms. Foley is able to see the bigger picture.
