Dr. Bucchino is very thorough and professional. She is very knowledgeable and direct to the point. She made several referrals on my behalf and I got specialist appointments right away.
Dr. Bucchino is knowledgeable, kind and works to find the cause of symptoms instead of just " throwing medicine" at them. She truly cares for her patients and it shows.
Update; so after 8 years I am just now seeing there was a response by the Dr herself. So its only fair I address them. First, I was not looking for narcotics, even though studies show that Interstitial Cystitis is as painful as 4th stage cancer. There are lots of things and treatments to help with Interstitial Cystitis. I was unable to urinate and had severe bladder pain. Flomax helps with urinary retention and there are many medications (such as Lyrica) that can help with bladder pain. None of those things are narcotics. Wh... read more
I went to Dr. Bucchino for several years. I liked her a lot. However, never question the good doctor about anything because she will turn on you in a heartbeat! My aunt went to her before I did and she had the same issues with her. I thought my aunt was just getting older and a bit grumpy about Dr. Bucchino but she wasn’t.
