Regular checkup. Dr. V is very thorough and listens to me. She addresses any questions I have and explains all medical issues.
As usual, she was amazing. She always takes the time to find out what is going on with you. I was excited when she told me I will be able to discontinue my cancer meds at our next visit!! She has been there for me the entire time the last five years. I like that she will pray with me (and for me) at the end of our visit.

I would recommend Dr Vukelja to anyone that might be unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with cancer. I owe her my life for being here ten years later after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma with picking the right treatment for me. Besides being a kind, gentle, caring soul she is brilliant. Yearly checkups are always a little scary but after we visit and we pray together each time I feel on top of the world. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vukelja. She is very thorough when checking my surgery site, lymph nodes and lungs, etc. She is also very friendly and has a great personality. She listens carefully to all my concerns and follows up with explanations, advice, prescription and/or tests. She goes above and beyond. She goes over my blood tests with me and explains each result.
