Dr. Svendsen is amazing! No complaints whatsoever. Her secretary, on the other hand, is the rudest person on earth. She is an embarrassment to the customer service community and needs to be fired ASAP. Not only did she hang up the phone in my face after screaming at me like a toddler but she called back and did it again. I have never in my life encountered such a halfwit.
