I have been going to Dana’s classes for 10 months. Each one is different never the same. Classes focus on form, fitness, balance, and most important safety. Dana is always working with us to be the best we can be. She is fun, has a wonderful smile and leads the best class I have gone to! I look forward to it every week. Dana is five star.!!!

Dana gives nothing but incredible customer services to her clients. I feel great every time I work out with her. She’s caring and experienced .The gym is extremely clean and the use of holistic cleaners is a real important added touch for those with environmental sensitivities. Dana is beautiful inside and out :)
