I will be coming back to this studio. Megan is one of the best instructors I have had since being here. The workout is amazing I love her music choices and how she address us at the beginning of class to make sure we keep our bodies safe. By telling use we can modify stretches and works out that our bodies might not be able to do. Other classes I have taken at this studio didn’t seem to care as much. As someone who is getting back into Pilates I appreciate how much she cares about us and our bodies. I recommend going to her.
I have been going to Dana’s classes for 10 months. Each one is different never the same. Classes focus on form, fitness, balance, and most important safety. Dana is always working with us to be the best we can be. She is fun, has a wonderful smile and leads the best class I have gone to! I look forward to it every week. Dana is five star.!!!
Love this place! Dana is amazing instructor - such positive energy and brings a personal touch to the class, which makes it feel like a group of friends doing pilates together. Highly recommend this studio!
