As part of an HOA with a shared roof, we have struggled with repairs. We called S and V roofing to repair our roof (on a 3 story building). The crew was on-site in a few days and fixed the issues that day. We have no roof access other than with a ladder. This was not an issue at all. They brought their own ladder. We had another issue with the roof (unrelated to the first repair) and it was repaired in a few days. We will be using and recommending S and V roofing for all issues with the roof.

Jimmy treated me well he gave me a great estimate and he hasn’t done the work yet but I wanted to give a review ahead of schedule before he was very helpful and transparent with all of the roofing process

S&V Roofing did a fantastic job. They were able to find the leak and solve my problems. Had already had three previous roofers who were never able to find the leak. Hats off to Jimmy and his crew. Would definitely recommend them.

They were great until they weren’t. Had a leak in my roof and they came out same day to check it out. Said that they could patch it and see if that worked. Still leaked so they came back to redo the whole roof. Still leaked, said they’d come back the following week to fix it. They have told me they’re coming back but every week it just gets pushed, this has been happening since early March (I.e. 2+ months). Finally just gave up and will be finding a new roofer to fix the leak. Still have the same leak as when I started.
